Our New Compatible toner cartridges are a true alternative to expensive OEM toner brands with zero sacrifice in quality or page yield. Each Cartridge has been re-engineered from an original equipment manufacturer (OEM) virgin core. All of the internal parts are new and not used like other brands, which is why the quality of print is much higher than remanufactured brands. Our toner cartridges which are manufactured by MSE, CTG and Westpoint (the largest in the industry) have all ISO manufacturing certifications 2000, 2004, 9001, 14001. That means you get quality that is 100% consistent with the original brand.

Will using New Compatible cartridges void my warranty?
No. Using compatible cartridges will not void your warranty with any manufacturer.
Federal Law prohibits manufacturers from voiding their warranty obligations on the grounds that a consumer did not use the original cartridge. Manufacturers cannot legally require a printer owner or lessee – verbally or otherwise – to purchase supplies exclusively from them. This unlawful “tying agreement” violates provisions of the Sherman and Clayton Antitrust Acts and the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Improvement Act.
In a landmark 1936 case, the Supreme Court ruled that IBM could not terminate a customer’s data processing machine lease, if the customer chose to use tabulating cards from other manufacturers. The more recent Magnuson-Moss Warranty Improvement Act title 15, Section 2303 specifically prohibits a manufacturer from conditioning a written or implied warranty on the use of its own brand product except under very restrictive circumstances. If a representative threatens to void the machine warranty or charge for a service call because you are using a compatible supply, ask for their statement in writing. They will not, because doing so is against the law.

Yes. Becuase our manufacturers have ISO 14001 certifications with implemented environmental management systems and becuase these products are built using a recycled OEM outer casing this reduces the need to use new raw materials during the manufacture process.

How does your recycle program work?
It’s simple. Our GreenCycle program ensures that all your empty toners get recycled properly. Just let us know how many empty toners, drums, inkjets you have and we will send you out boxes with pre-paid shipping labels to send them to our recycling facility. This service is 100% Free and is our way of helping our customers Go Green and keeping our environment clean.
How do we plant a tree with every order?
We donate $1 to American Forest from every order we process. This $1 donation plants a tree in areas all across the U.S. This is our way of giving back. It is a simple and effective way to restore our eco-system and environment. Often these trees are planted in areas damaged by wildfire, where critical wildlife habitat has been lost.
